My apologies for the very late response Gregory - for some reason your response got lost in my inbox and never checked the article again.

The project was a week's side project, I still have it in a private github repo but GCP free period run out - also extremely limited free time due to working full time as a software engineer and being a mom of an 8 month old :) - so it is left in a semi beta state (or you could say alpha state probably). I would really like to see this as a working project, something that one can have on their phone for example and check in seconds if something looks safe to consume or not.

Soy sauce is a major trigger for me indeed, not all people have the same reaction, but not having a severe reaction does not mean it is safe. I've never had a reaction with soy lecithin - which is everywhere unfortunately - but again... it seems it is not safe.

One of the reasons I started the project was to accummulate all the different or slightly different lists that go around for things we should not consume into one searchable database - because having them as a pdf or as a book for example is not handy at all of course. Would you like to do something towards this?
